Reasons     

There are several factors that affect development "Bumps" We are with years listed by some of them:

Symptoms

If you notice these changes, you should contact the Podiatria and be sure to take X-rays and on foot to check straight feet.So if you or your kids have flat feet, it is recommended to follow the flow of pathology from youth, namely: choose the right shoes, massage and visit the orthopedic regularly.People with flat feet are at a high greater risk of developing this deformity.

Prevention

  • Testing orthopedists for timely detection of flat feet;
  • Wearing shoes without stiletta and pointed toes);
  • Mandatory use of orthopedic inputs;
  • Exercise therapy.

Remember that if you don't do anything, the disease will develop into chronic bursitis (inflammation) and arthritis.Also, if the disease is advanced, surgery may be needed.
